Strong experience in pipe stress analysis for oil refineries, steel structures, earth shoring systems, mat foundations and caisson-grade beam foundation systems. Extensive experience in the Telecommunications Industry, Oil Refineries, Tenant Improvement Commercial Projects, office buildings, residential especially in the design / construction area. In depth knowledge in structural finite element analysis computer programs.

Registered Building Designer, State of California, completing numerous residential and commercial projects from 1976 to date. Working closely with Structural Engineering associate to complete design and structural aspects of the working drawings. Providing structural design for the Architectural trade as a part of their working drawings and permit process. Having a special working relation with almost every governmental agency within the Southern California Area. Experienced project manager for large developments to include pre-design and design-phase, project coordination, construction supervision and related coordination as project manager, on site, for many private and public construction projects located in Southern California for the past 25 years.
